Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Rami app and its associated game service (reachable via ramitn.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms may change; the date above reflects the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept it.

2. Eligibility

The service is intended for a general audience. If the law of your country sets a minimum age to accept terms like these or to use an online service, you confirm that you meet it, or that you have your legal guardian’s consent.

3. Your account

A guest account is created automatically; you may choose a display name. You may also create an account by signing in with a third-party service (Google, Sign in with Apple, or Google Play Games) — we then hold the identifiers described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for the activity carried out from your account. Choose a display name that is not offensive, misleading, or impersonating someone else — we may change or reset a name that breaks this rule.

4. Game rules and fair conduct

Rami is a social game. When you play, you agree to:

• not cheat, exploit bugs, or use third-party software to gain an advantage;
• not harass, insult, or disrupt other players;
• not attempt to disrupt, overload, or hack the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

5. Content and intellectual property

The app, its code, graphics, themes and cards are licensed to you under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, for entertainment purposes only. They remain our property or that of our licensors; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.

6. Advertising and cosmetics

The app is free and supported by advertising (see the privacy policy). Cosmetic items (themes, avatars) may be unlocked by playing, by reaching a level, or by watching an optional ad. The game offers no paid virtual currency and no in-app purchases; these cosmetic items have no real-world monetary value and are not refundable or exchangeable for money.

7. App stores

The app is distributed through Google Play and Apple’s App Store; the terms of the store you downloaded it from also apply. Google and Apple are not parties to these terms, which are between you and us alone: we are solely responsible for the app and its content, and the store has no obligation to provide maintenance or support to you. Apple and its subsidiaries are, however, third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. For any claim relating to the app, contact us at the address below.

8. Service provided “as is”

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that game data will always be preserved. We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from within the app or via our data-deletion form. We may suspend or close an account that does not comply with these terms.
